Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Anna & Mae Brooklyn and every distance contract and order between Anna & Mae Brooklyn and the consumer.
Article 4 – The Offer
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The descriptions are sufficiently detailed to allow the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer.
Images and product visuals are representative of the products offered. Minor variations in color or detail may occur due to screen settings or production differences.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Anna & Mae Brooklyn.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.
Anna & Mae Brooklyn confirms orders electronically. As long as the order confirmation has not been sent, the consumer may cancel the order.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Anna & Mae Brooklyn via email within the withdrawal period.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and—where reasonably possible—in their original packaging.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

Article 9 – Pricing
All prices stated on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Anna & Mae Brooklyn reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
Article 10 – Delivery
Anna & Mae Brooklyn aims to deliver orders within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external circumstances.
Article 11 – Complaints
Complaints regarding delivery or product quality must be reported within 7 days after delivery via email.
Anna & Mae Brooklyn will respond to complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt.
